Asthma inhalers and other local cortisone treatments, like creams or nose sprays, hardly affect weight. Starving is not the option to decrease weight Starving may help but its harder way. The main advantage of the low carb diet is that they cause you to eat less . A 2017 study also showed that people on a low-carb diet burned 500 more calories a day–while resting!. The thing which has more carbohydrates are cookies, pasta, ice cream, bread and plenty of chocolate etc.

2. Only Eat When Feel Hungriness: 
Only Eat When You fill Hungriness. Try To Starve For some Time. As in start, it is Pain Ful but it will Effect. Try To make a chart and eat food according to chart and maintain the discipline of eating food. Eat Natural Fat Food and don't eat a thing which has more carbohydrates. Eat meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, butter, olive oil, nuts etc as it has low carbohydrates. Some people only eat once or twice a day and never snack. Whatever works done by you. Just eat when you’re hungry. Drink Water before eating Food as it will fill your stomach so you will not feel less hungry. Drink water as much as your body requires much water. 

3. Measure Your Weight and Activities Daily:
Do Exercise wisely and increase Exercise limit from 1 hours to 2 hours and from 2 hours to 3 hours. Daily participate in the new exercise as swimming is best for losing weight. Don't Measure your Progress on a regular basis as you will get into depression and anxiety as your weight is not losing and you will lose Hope. Don't ever lose Hope because weight loses basically stand on hope as well.  

4. Don't Lose Hope be Persistent:
To gain weight it takes a year and if you want to lose weight you want it done fast way. It cannot be done so fast it will take so a week or maybe a month. Be persistent to Lose weight after a time you will feel some changes in you.

5. Avoid Fruits and Beer:

The Main Reason and Mostly Foud reason is stress. If a person is working in an office and take the stress of office workload after some time he will be obesity. Try to relax. Any stress of work you cannot sleep also increase weight as you will fell hungriness. Try to a good sleep and you will not find any stress and weight loss will be done so fast. Stress comes from your mind try to relax.      

7. Do Exercise Wisely:
Daily tough exercise requires time and its more benefit for your weight loss. Try to do exercise if you want to lose weight fast 6 to 8 hours a day and you will fell your weight is less.  Do Running, Cycling, Swimming at other sports activities as well.
